保妇康栓辅助治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究保妇康栓辅助治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月菏泽市成武县人民医院收治的500例宫颈HPV感染患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各250例。对照组采用聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合保妇康栓辅助治疗。比较两组临床疗效、恢复情况、血清炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.037);观察组创面愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间、阴道排液时间及排尿恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫颈HPV感染患者应用保妇康栓辅助治疗,能够有效提高临床疗效,降低血清炎性因子水平,促进患者恢复,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of Baofukang suppository in the adjuvant treatment of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:A total of five hundred patients with cervical HPV infection treated in Heze Chengwu County People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with two hundved and fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with polycresol sulfonal solution,and the observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,recovery,serum inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.037).Wound healing time,pain relief time,vaginal drainage time and urination recovery time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Baofukang suppository in the adjuvant treatment of patients with cervical HPV infection can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,and promote the recovery of patients with high safety.
