半夏泻心汤加减辅治寒热错杂型幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究半夏泻心汤加减辅治寒热错杂型幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性消化性溃疡(PU)的效果。方法:选取北京市鼓楼中医医院2022年1月—2023年6月收治的92例寒热错杂型Hp阳性PU患者作为观察对象。以随机数字表法为分组依据,将入组患者分为对照组(n=45)、观察组(n=47)。对照组采用常规四联疗法,观察组在此基础上联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗。对比两组临床疗效、Hp根除与复发情况、不良反应、中医证候积分。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.020)。观察组Hp根除率高于对照组(P=0.029);两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.011)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减辅治寒热错杂型Hp相关性PU的效果显著,患者临床症状改善明显,根除Hp效果确切,安全性较高。Objective:To Explore the effect of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction as an adjuvant treatment for Helicobacter pylori(Hp)associated peptic ulcers(PU)with mixed cold and heat types.Methods:92 cases of Hp positive PU patients with mixed cold and heat types admitted to Gulou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Beijing from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects.Using the random number table method as the basis for grouping,the enrolled patients were divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=47).The control group was treated with conventional quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated on this basis by combining the addition of half-xia diarrhoea heart soup with subtractions.Compare the clinical efficacy,Hp eradication and recurrence,adverse reactions,and TCM syndrome scores between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.020).The eradication rate of Hp in observation group was higher than that in control group(P=0.029).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.011).After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the adjuvant treatment of Hp associated PU with the addition and subtraction of half-xia diarrhoea heart soup is remarkable,the clinical symptoms of the patients improved significantly,and the effect of eradicating Hp is exact,with a high degree of safety.
