快速康复护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术(LM)患者接受快速康复护理的效果。方法:选取徐州市丰县人民医院妇产科2023年10月—2024年10月收治的行LM的患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)与观察组(n=60)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受快速康复护理。对比两组康复指标、疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后首次排气时间、排便时间早于对照组,卧床时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后12 h、24 h、48 h视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.013)。结论:对于LM患者施以快速康复护理有利于加快术后康复速度,减轻术后疼痛,且不会增加并发症发生风险。Objective:To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy(LM).Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with LM admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Xuzhou Fengxian County People's Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing.The rehabilitation index,pain degree and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The first exhaust time and defecation time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group,and the bed time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The visual simulation scores of the observation group at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P=0.013).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing for LM patients is beneficial to speed up postoperative rehabilitation,reduce postoperative pain,and does not increase the risk of complications.
