摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理联合健康教育在冠心病合并焦虑患者中的应用效果。方法:选取山东第一医科大学第二附属医院2023年1—12月收治的冠心病合并焦虑患者60例为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,各30例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上联合心理护理和健康教育。对比两组护理行为评分、负性情绪评分。结果:护理后,两组用药行为、饮食行为、运动行为、定期监测评分高于护理前,研究组高于参照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评分低于护理前,研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理联合健康教育在冠心病合并焦虑患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者护理行为及负性情绪。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety.Methods:Sixty patients with coronary heart disease combined with anxiety admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the reference group and the study group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine nursing,and the study group combined psychological nursing and health education based on the reference group.Nursing behavior score and negative emotion score were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the medication behavior,diet behavior,exercise behavior and periodic monitoring score of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the study group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in two groups were lower than before nursing,and those in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing combined with health education can improve nursing behavior and negative emotions in patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety.
