摘　　要：目的:探讨激励式心理护理配合行为感知模式干预对妊娠高血压孕妇血压及心理状态、妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月滨州医学院附属医院收治的80例妊娠高血压孕妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施激励式心理护理配合行为感知模式干预。对比两组血压、心理状态、不良妊娠结局发生率。结果:干预后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P=0.034)。结论:激励式心理护理配合行为感知模式干预能够降低妊娠高血压孕妇的血压水平,缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of incentive psychological nursing combined with behavioral perception mode intervention on blood pressure,psychological state and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational hypertension.Methods:A total of eighty hypertensive pregnant women admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received incentive psychological nursing combined with behavioral perception mode intervention based on the control group.Blood pressure,psychological state and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.034).Conclusion:The intervention of incentive psychological nursing combined with behavioral perception model can reduce the blood pressure of pregnant women with gestational hypertension,relieve their anxiety and depression,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
