基于生态系统的寄生型制造企业生态位优化驱动因素研究

摘　　要：在当今经济蓬勃发展的时代浪潮下,优化企业生态位已成为影响企业存续、壮大的重要议题。特别是依附于核心企业的寄生型企业,既深受核心企业牵制,对核心企业依赖性极强,又面临激烈的市场竞争以及自身能力的局限。探寻如何精准优化寄生型企业的生态位,进而全方位提升其竞争力,已然迫在眉睫。研究以生态系统中的一类特殊成员——寄生型制造企业为研究对象,利用质性元分析及结构方程模型,识别寄生型制造企业生态位优化的驱动因素并探究其驱动作用。结果表明:核心企业赋能、技术与知识溢出、资源优化配置、利益共生、生态系统协同五个因素对寄生型制造企业生态位优化具有明显的直接驱动作用。研究有助于寄生型制造企业明确发展方向、提升竞争力、增强抗风险能力,促进我国制造业产业升级、提升产业竞争力,推动可持续发展。In the surging tide of today's booming economy,optimizing the enterprise niche has indisputably become a crucial matter that dictates whether enterprises can endure and expand.Especially for parasitic enterprises that rely on core enterprises for their survival and development,they are caught in a quagmire of difficulties.These parasitic enterprises are deeply restrained by core enterprises,leading to an extremely strong dependence.Their access to resources,market channels,and even strategic directions are often under the control or heavy influence of the core enterprises.For instance,in terms of resource procurement,they might have to rely on the core enterprises to obtain essential raw materials or production equipment,leaving them with little autonomy.At the same time,they are confronted with fierce market competition.In the current highly competitive business landscape,new rivals keep emerging,constantly introducing innovative products and services,aggressive marketing strategies,and cost-cutting measures.This makes it extremely challenging for parasitic enterprises to hold their ground,as they struggle to match the pace of innovation and competitiveness of their peers.Moreover,they suffer from limitations in their own capabilities.Technologically,they may lack the R&D capabilities to develop cutting-edge products or improve production processes.Operationally,their management and operational efficiencies might be far from satisfactory,hindering their ability to respond swiftly to market changes.Under such a severe backdrop,it is of utmost urgency to explore how to accurately optimize the ecological niches of these enterprises and subsequently enhance their overall competitiveness.This research targets parasitic manufacturing enterprises,which is a unique segment in the ecosystem.By employing qualitative meta-analysis and structural equation models,it aims to identify the driving factors that contribute to the optimization of the ecological niches of parasitic manufacturing enterprises and investigate the driv
