摘　　要：目的 观察磁刺激联合疗法对产后盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPPS)的治疗效果。方法 回顾性选取2021年3月至2023年3月在嘉兴市妇幼保健院盆底专科门诊确诊为产后MPPS的患者106例。其中53例患者在电刺激加手法按摩治疗基础上联合磁刺激治疗,为观察组;另53例患者采用电刺激加手法按摩治疗,为对照组。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后盆底肌触痛情况[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、盆底表面肌电Glazer评估及女性性功能指数(FSFI)量表评分情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(66.04%比52.83%,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者盆底肌触痛VAS评分及盆底表面肌电Glazer评估中前后静息电位均较治疗前降低,FSFI评分较治疗前上升,且观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 磁刺激联合疗法治疗产后MPPS效果良好,可有效缓解患者疼痛症状,改善性生活质量。Objective To examine the therapeutic efficacy of combined magnetic stimulation therapy for postpartum myofascial pelvic pain syndrome(MPPS).Methods A total of 106 patients with postpartum MPPS treated in Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health Hospital between March 2021 to March 2023.Among whom 53 cases received a combination of electrical stimulation,manual massage and magnetic stimulation treatment(study group),while the remaining 53 patients received electrical stimulation and manual massage only(control group).The pelvic floor muscle pain was measured as Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Glazer assessments of the pelvic floor was performed,and Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)scores were evaluated before and after treatment in both groups.Results The overall effective rate in the study group significantly higher than that of the control group(66.04%vs.52.83%,P<0.05).Compare to the pre-treatment levels,both groups exhibited reduced VAS scores,improved Glazer assessments of anterior-posterior resting potential and increased FSFI scores after treatment,while the study group demonstrated superior outcomes to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of magnetic stimulation therapy,electrical stimulation and manual massage has proven to be more effective in the treatment of postpartum MPPS,significantly alleviating pain symptoms and enhancing the pelvic floor function.
