摘  要:设计制作一套轨道式铁水转运系统,通过铁水自动转运系统将熔化和浇注有效的衔接起来,通过护栏隔离消除了大量的安全隐患,减少了生产过程中的安全事故发生,提高了生产效率,保证了铸件的质量,改善了工厂的生产环境,减小了工人的劳动强度,也大大降低了工厂的运营成本,进一步提高企业的自动化水平。With the rapid development of China's foundry industry,the scientific and technological content and automation level of foundry equipment are also constantly improving,and the realization of automation connection between the various parts of the foundry workshop is the basis for realizing the whole process of automated production in the factory.Design and manufacture a set of rail-type molten iron transfer system,through the automatic transfer system of molten iron will be effectively connected between melting and pouring,through the guardrail isolation to eliminate a large number of potential safety hazards,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents in the production process,improve production efficiency,ensure the quality of castings,improve the production environment of the factory,reduce the labor intensity of workers,but also greatly reduce the operating costs of the factory,and further improve the automation level of the enterprise.
