摘　　要：主要对升降式双臂连续子母混砂机的设计初衷与电气控制原理进行了介绍。该控制系统的优点在于,通过PLC程序的控制解决了子母混砂臂输送造型砂的难题,使升降式双臂连续子母混砂机可以自动且安全的生产,提高劳动生产率,降低用户生产成本。The design intention and electrical control principle of the elevating double-arm continuous mother and child sand mixing machine are mainly introduced.The advantage of this control system is that the control of PLC program solves the difficult problem of transporting molding sand by mother and child sand mixing arm,so that the elevated double-arm continuous mother and child sand mixing machine can be produced automatically and safely,improve labor productivity and reduce the user's production cost.
