硼含量对Fe-Cr-B合金凝固组织和性能的影响

摘  要:以廉价的硅、锰、铬为基础元素,在低碳含量的情况下,研究硼含量对Fe-Cr-B合金凝固组织和性能的影响,并与未加入硼元素的试样进行对比。实验结果表明,未加入硼元素的试样组织结构简单,物相组成主要为马氏体,硬度达到59.2HRC。少量硼元素的加入即可使得Fe-Cr-B组织中生成沿晶界分布网状结构的共晶相骨架,基体物相组成并无变化。随着硼含量的提高,共晶相数量增加,组织细化,并且在共晶相内部明显分为硼化物和碳硼化合物两种物相。加入硼元素后试样硬度均达到62 HRC以上,且随着硼含量增加,其中硼含量1.4%的试样硬度最高,达到65.7 HRC。但在硼含量(质量分数)从1.4%上升到2.0%的过程中,过饱和的硼元素造成共晶相组织粗大,并且使得基体显微硬度下降,硬度不但没有提高反而略微下降至65.0 HRC。The effect of boron content on the solidification microstructure and properties of Fe-Cr-B alloy was studied under the condition of low carbon content using cheap silicon,manganese and chromium as the basic elements,and compared with the samples without boron.The experimental results showed that the microstructure of the sample without boron was simple,the phase composition was mainly martensite,and the hardness reached 59.2 HRC.The addition of a small amount of boron can generate a eutectic phase skeleton with a network structure distributed along the grain boundary in the Fe-Cr-B microstructure,and the phase composition of the matrix does not change.With the increase of boron content,the number of eutectic phases increased,the microstructure was refined,and the eutectic phase was clearly divided into boride and carboboron compounds.After the addition of boron,the hardness of the samples reached more than 62 HRC,and with the increase of boron content,the hardness of the sample with 1.4%boron content was the highest,reaching 65.7 HRC.However,in the process of increasing the boron content(mass fraction)from 1.4%to 2.0%,the supersaturated boron element caused the eutectic phase structure to be coarse,and the microhardness of the matrix decreased,and the hardness decreased slightly to 65.0 HRC instead of increasing.
