摘  要:为了研究WC陶瓷颗粒体积分数对盾构机滚刀刀圈增强体抗压性能的影响,利用软件设计不同体积分数(29%、36%、43%)的WC颗粒六边形单胞结构,通过ANSYS有限元模拟仿真分析不同体积分数单胞结构增强体的抗压性能。结果表明,体积分数为29%的单胞结构增强体的极限压缩强度为124 MPa、体积分数为36%的单胞结构的极限压缩强度为125 MPa、而体积分数为43%的单胞结构的极限压缩强度为116 MPa,体积分数为36%的增强体的极限压缩强度和承载稳定性表现最好。In order to investigate the effect of WC ceramic particle volume fraction on the compressive performance of the cutter ring reinforcement of shield tunneling machine,hexagonal unit cell structures of WC particles with different volume fractions(29%,36%,43%)were designed using software.The compressive performance of the unit cell structure reinforcement with different volume fractions was analyzed through ANSYS finite element simulation.The results showed that the ultimate compressive strength of the 29%volume fraction single-cell structure reinforcement was 124 MPa,the ultimate compressive strength of the 36%volume fraction single-cell structure was 125 MPa,and the ultimate compressive strength of the 43%volume fraction single-cell structure was 116 MPa.The 36%volume fraction reinforcement showed the best performance in ultimate compressive strength and bearing stability.
