摘  要:基于解决我公司新一代高性能蠕墨铸铁柴油机气缸体铸件开发中遇到的问题,介绍了我公司8Y柴油机气缸体项目的概况,内容包括产品技术要求、铸造生产条件、工艺设计方案、产品试制问题、优化改善措施与效果等,着重分析了铸件试制过程中出现漏箱和缩孔缺陷的原因,并提出:(1)校准下芯夹具和封堵型芯间泄漏风险点解决漏箱问题;(2)优化浇注温度和调控铁水微量元素含量解决缩孔问题。措施实施后效果显著,顺利完成了产品开发。Based on solving the problems encountered in the development of our company's new generation of high-performance compacted graphite cast iron diesel engine cylinder block castings,the overview of our company's 8Y diesel engine cylinder block project is introduced,including product technical requirements,casting production conditions,process design schemes,product trial production problems,optimization and improvement measures and effects,etc.,focusing on the analysis of the reasons for leakage and shrinkage defects in the process of casting trial production,and proposes:(1)calibrating the leakage risk points between the core fixture and the plugging core to solve the leakage box problem;(2)Optimize the pouring temperature and regulate the content of trace elements in the molten iron to solve the problem of shrinkage.After the implementation of the measures,the effect was remarkable,and the product development was successfully completed.
