摘 要:卡车油箱支架形状相对复杂、壁厚不均,在压铸过程中,如果模具的浇注系统设计不合理,很容易出现卷气、气孔和冷隔等缺陷。针对以上情况,设计了卡车邮箱支架压铸模具浇注系统,模拟了其充型过程,对压铸工艺方案进行了优化。生产实践表明,采用优化后的方案铸件缺陷减少,废品率降低,对于提高铸件质量和合格率具有一定的工程应用价值。The shape of the truck fuel tank bracket is relatively complex and the wall thickness is uneven,and in the die-casting process,if the gating system design of the mold is not reasonable,it is easy to have defects such as air entrapment,porosity and cold separation.In view of the above situation,the die-casting mold pouring system of truck mailbox bracket was designed,the filling process was simulated,and the die-casting process scheme was optimized.The production practice shows that the optimized scheme reduces the defects of castings and reduces the scrap rate,which has certain engineering application value for improving the quality and pass rate of castings.
