摘 要:本文主要关注砂型铸造铸件表面颗粒物的来源,并针对铸造环节提出了相应的改进措施。通过对铸件不同部位检测到的表面颗粒物进行显微观察,从形貌和尺寸大小两个维度对其进行定义;之后,从铸造生产到机加过程,对颗粒物来源进行了分析;最后,对减少过程颗粒物提出了改进措施,具体改进工序包括抛丸工序、喷漆工序以及投料工序。通过上述分析和改进,有效减少铸造生产颗粒物,提升了铸件清洁度,从而提高产品质量及性能。This paper mainly focuses on the source of particulate matter on the surface of sand casting castings,and proposes corresponding improvement measures for the casting process.Through the microscopic observation of the surface particles detected in different parts of the casting,they were defined from two dimensions:morphology and size.After that,the source of the particulate matter was analyzed,from casting production to machining;Finally,improvement measures are put forward to reduce the particulate matter in the process,and the specific improvement processes include shot blasting process,painting process and feeding process.Through the above analysis and improvement,the particulate matter produced by casting is effectively reduced,and the cleanliness of the casting is improved,thereby improving the product quality and performance.
