摘　　要：【目的】以郑州市农业产业化龙头企业为研究对象,对农业产业化龙头企业专利信息进行全面分析,以期为企业的专利创新发展和成果转化提供参考和借鉴。【方法】基于incoPat全球专利数据库对郑州市近十年农业产业化龙头企业申请人进行检索,从年度申请趋势、申请人、技术构成、专利有效性、法律状态、专利维持时间和专利转让等方面进行分析。【结果】河南后羿实业集团有限公司、郑州市大北农饲料科技有限公司与郑州千味央厨食品股份有限公司的专利申请量占总专利数量的45%,技术构成主要涉及牙科用、医用或者化妆用的配制品、化合物或药物制剂的特定治疗活性;专利处于有效阶段的占48%,前三年的失效专利约占失效总专利数量的86%。【结论】郑州市农业产业化龙头企业专利申请类型不平衡、失效专利占比较高,专利质量有待进一步提高。[Purposes]Taking the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Zhengzhou as the research object,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the patent information of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization,in order to provide reference for the patent innovation development and achievement transformation of enterprises.[Methods]Based on incoPat global patent database,leading enterprise applicants in the past ten years were searched and analyzed from the aspects of annual application trend,applicant,technology composition,patent validity,legal status,patent duration and patent transfer.[Findings]Henan Houyi Industrial Group Co.,LTD.,Zhengzhou Da Bei Nong Feed Technology Co.,LTD.,and Zhengzhou Qianwei Yangchu Food Co.,LTD.,accounted for 45%of the total patents,and the technical composition mainly related to the specific therapeutic activity of dental,medical or cosmetic preparations,compounds or pharmaceutical preparations;Patents in the active stage accounted for 48%,and the invalid patents in the first three years accounted for about 86%of the total number of invalid patents.[Conclusions]The types of patent applications are unbalanced,the proportion of invalid patents is relatively high,and the quality needs to be further improved.
