摘 要:在化学泄漏事故应急处置过程中,如何借助辅助手段和先进技术提高指挥决策的科学性,是目前指挥员急需解决的重要问题。在总结化学泄漏事故特点的基础上,结合灭火救援指挥箱的系统功能,分析了应急决策的方法和原则。以氨气泄漏事故为例,利用灭火救援指挥箱在信息查询、危害评估、态势标绘等方面的功能,分析了指挥员在查询事故信息、预测灾情变化、了解现场情况、部署救援力量以及制订救援方案的决策依据,从而为消防救援指挥员化学事故处置提供参考。In the emergency response process of chemical leakage accidents,how to use auxiliary means and advanced technologies to improve the scientificity of command and decision-making is an important issue that commanders need to solve urgently.On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of chemical leakage accidents,combined with the system functions of the firefighting and rescue command box,the methods and principles of emergency decision-making were analyzed.Taking the ammonia gas leakage accident as an example,the functions of the fire rescue command box in information query,hazard assessment,and situation mapping were used to analyze the decisionmaking basis for commanders in querying accident information,predicting disaster changes,understanding the on-site situation,deploying rescue forces,and formulating rescue plans.This provided a reference for the disposal of chemical accidents by fire rescue commanders.
