摘 要:基于苏州昆山某冷库火灾事故,通过分析冷库火灾特点和液氮特性,阐述液氮灭火的优越性和机理,研究液氮灭火技术在冷库火灾中的可行性和有效性。本次冷库火灾应急救援首次采用低温液氮直接灌注技术进行灭火,停止灌注液氮后的12小时内,两冷库内温度始终维持在-9℃以下,冷库可视距离从6m提高到15m,3天后启封无复燃,灭火工作对冷库设备没有二次损伤,该技术在扑灭类似火灾场景具有广阔的应用前景。Based upon a cold storage fire accident in Kunshan,Suzhou,this paper analyzes the characteristics of cold storage fires and liquid nitrogen,elaborates on the superiority and mechanism of liquid nitrogen fire extinguishing,and studied the feasibility and effectiveness of liquid nitrogen fire extinguishing technology in cold storage fires.The low temperature liquid nitrogen direct injection technology for fire extinguishing was adoption for the first time in emergency rescue of a cold storage fire,within 12 hours after stopping the injection of liquid nitrogen,the temperature inside the two cold storages were remained below-9℃,and the visible distance of the cold storages increased from 6 meters to 15 meters,after 3 days of unsealing,there was no reignition,and the firefighting work did not cause secondary damage to the cold storage equipment.This technology has broad application prospects in extinguishing similar fire scenarios.
