摘 要:提出一种基于交流注入法和Goertzel算法的超级电容等效内阻检测新方法。首先利用交流注入法,求出超级电容的复阻抗;然后利用Goertzel算法,求出激励信号与超级电容输出信号的相位差,从而计算获得超级电容的等效内阻。这种方法只需计算激励信号特定频率点的频谱信息,与传统的快速傅里叶变换(FFT)方法相比,计算量大幅下降。实验结果表明,采用Goertzel算法的测量误差与FFT算法相当,均能满足误差小于5%的要求,但Goertzel算法的计算量远小于FFT算法。A new method for measuring the equivalent serial resistance(ESR)of supercapacitor based on the Goertzel algorithm and the alternating current(AC)injection method was proposed.In this method,the complex impedance of supercapacitor was firstly obtained by using the AC injection method.Then,by using the Goertzel algorithm,the phase difference between the excitation signal and the output signal of the supercapacitor is calculated to obtain the ESR of the supercapacitor.This method only requires calculating the spectral information of specific frequency points of the excitation signal,which significantly reduces the computational complexity compared to traditional Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)methods.The experimental results show that the measurement error of the Goertzel algorithm is equivalent to that of the FFT algorithm,both of which can meet the requirement of an error less than 5%.However,the computational complexity of the Goertzel algorithm is much smaller than that of the FFT algorithm.
