心通口服液联合美托洛尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对血脂、血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心通口服液联合美托洛尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的疗效及对血脂、血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月江苏省南京市中心医院心血管内科收治的160例UAP患者为研究对象,按照信封抽签法将患者分为对照组和试验组,各80例。对照组接受美托洛尔治疗,试验组接受心通口服液联合美托洛尔治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、临床症状、血脂、心功能、内皮功能指标及不良反应。结果相较于对照组,试验组的临床总有效率更高,心绞痛发作次数更少,持续时间更短,疼痛程度更轻(P均<0.05)。试验组的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、左心室收缩末期内径、血清内皮素、甘油三酯、左心室舒张末期内径、总胆固醇均低于对照组,心输出量、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清一氧化氮、左心室射血分数均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心通口服液联合美托洛尔治疗UAP,可发挥缓解心绞痛症状、改善血脂、增强心脏功能、促进血管内皮功能等作用,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xintong Oral Liquid combined with metoprolol in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP)and its effect on blood lipid and vascular endothelial function.Methods A total of 160 UAP patients treated at Nanjing Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were enrolled.According to the envelope drawing method,patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received metoprolol treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Xintong Oral Liquid combined with metoprolol.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group exhibited a higher total clinical effective rate,fewer angina attacks,shorter duration of attacks,and milder pain(P<0.05).The experimental group had lower levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,serum endothelin,triglyceride,and total cholesterol,while cardiac output,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,serum nitric oxide,and left ventricular ejection fraction were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).No significant difference was observed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xintong Oral Liquid combined with metoprolol can effectively improve angina symptoms,regulate blood lipids,and enhance endothelial function,demonstrating its clinical value.
