摘 要:以进一步提升金泥中杂质处理效率为目的,分析了稀硫酸、稀硝酸在杂质处理中的具体应用效果。通过实验证明,通过稀硫酸进行处理,需要将其浓度控制在10%,时间控制为两小时,液固比例为5:1,以每分钟220的速率进行搅拌,可以让锌的浸出率提升至99%;将得到的脱锌金泥中加入稀硝酸进行后续的处理,能够同步实现铅、银、铜的回收,此种处理方式的整体工艺流程较为简单,具备经济效益和生态效益。With the aim of further improving the efficiency of impurity treatment in gold mud,the specific application effects of dilute sulfuric acid and dilute nitric acid in impurity treatment were analyzed.Through experiments,it has been proven that by treating with dilute sulfuric acid,the concentration needs to be controlled at 10%,the time controlled at two hours,the liquid-solid ratio at 5:1,and stirring at a rate of 220 per minute,which can increase the leaching rate of zinc to 99%;Adding dilute nitric acid to the obtained zinc free gold mud for subsequent treatment can simultaneously achieve the recovery of lead,silver,and copper.The overall process flow of this treatment method is relatively simple,with economic and ecological benefits.
