摘 要:每个矿山的开采过程都会产生一定程度的高温现象,其中包括黄金矿山,所以在某大型黄金矿山的深度达到1400m的时候,温度会上升到大约43℃,不仅具有非常严重的热害,而且大部分都会选择多层通风体系。针对黄金矿山开采过程中的高温问题,如何从根源上解决,应该优选制冷降温系统,主要包括地面集中式风冷降温与井下中式水冷降温两种系统。本文详细计算两种制冷降温系统冷负荷,为系统配置科学设备,并进一步叙述了两种制冷降温系统的优点与缺点,体现出井下集中水冷降温系统是首选系统。选择此类系统方案可以将通风系统结合在一起,按照开采要求启动空冷器,并对冷量输出加强控制,满足能源节约与能耗减少的目标。The mining process of every mine will produce a certain degree of high temperature phenomenon,including gold mines.Therefore,when the depth of a large gold mine reaches 1400 meters,the temperature will rise to about 43 degrees Celsius,which not only has very serious heat damage,but also mostly chooses a multi-layer ventilation system.To solve the problem of high temperature in the mining process of gold mines from the root,it is necessary to choose a refrigeration and cooling system,mainly including two types of systems:surface centralized air-cooled cooling and underground Chinese water-cooled cooling.This article provides a detailed calculation of the cooling load of two types of refrigeration and cooling systems,and provides scientific equipment for system configuration.It further describes the advantages and disadvantages of the two refrigeration and cooling systems,highlighting that the underground centralized water-cooled cooling system is the preferred system.Choosing this type of system solution can combine the ventilation system together,activate the air cooler according to mining requirements,and strengthen the control of cooling output to meet the goals of energy conservation and energy consumption reduction.
