摘  要:聚氯化铝行业是能耗高的行业,对该行业进行节能降耗的研究十分有必要。本文利用膜技术的特点并将聚醚酮(PEK)材质管式膜应用于聚氯化铝生产,降低天然气单耗。主要探究了膜技术在聚氯化铝生产工艺中的适用性、降低天然气单耗和节能降本方面的作用。实验结果表明,膜技术适用于聚氯化铝行业生产,降低天然气能耗33.95m^(3)/t,并且膜技术的应用能够显著降低聚氯化铝的生产成本。The polyaluminium chloride(PAC)industry is an industry with high energy consumption,so it is very necessary to conduct research on energy saving and consumption reduction.In this article,the application of the polyether ketone(PEK)material tubular membrane in the production of polyaluminium chloride to reduce the natural gas unit consumption is based on the characteristics of membrane technology.The applicability of membrane technology in the production process of PAC,the role in reducing natural gas specific consumption and energy saving and cost reduction are mainly explored.The experimental results show that membrane technology is suitable for the production of the PAC industry,reducing the natural gas specific consumption by 33.95m^(3)/t,and can significantly reduce the production cost of PAC.
