摘 要:对江西某钠长石化花岗岩型钽铌矿进行入选粒度、磨矿、粗粒级精选、细泥选矿及尾矿综合回收试验研究。结果表明,通过重-浮工艺流程可得到对原矿产率为0.03%,Ta_(2)O_(5)品位15.81%,回收率35.48%,Nb_(2)O_(5)品位36.05%,回收率52.84%的粗粒级钽铌精矿,钽铌尾矿经磁选可得到对原矿产率9.12%,Li_(2)O品位2.11%、Rb_(2)O品位0.66%的锂铷精矿及对原矿产率为81.30%,K_(2)O+Na_(2)O含量8.53%、Fe_(2)O_(3)含量0.05%的石英-长石产品,此为后续矿山生产或同类型钽铌矿石选矿工艺的选择提供了参考。The researches on the particle size,grinding,coarse particle concentration,fine mud concentration,and comprehensive recovery of tailings of a albite granite-type tantalum-niobium ore in Jiangxi have been conducted.The results indicate that the coarse-grained tantalum-niobium concentrate with 0.03%yield to the raw ore,15.81%Ta_(2)O_(5) and 35.48%recovery,36.05%Nb_(2)O_(5) and 52.84%recovery can be obtained under the heavy-flotation process and the tantalum-niobium tailings can be obtained by magnetic separation with 9.12%yield to the raw ore with 2.11%Li_(2)O and 0.66%Rb_(2)O,as well as a quartz-feldspar product with a yield of 81.30%from the raw ore,K_(2)O+Nb_(2)O content of 8.53%,and Fe_(2)O_(3) content of 0.05%..This provides a reference for subsequent mine production or selection of beneficiation process of similar tantalum-niobium ores.
