摘  要:为了进一步提升铜矿物与黄铁矿浮选效果,选择黄铜矿、斑铜矿、蓝辉铜矿与黄铁矿为对象,对铜矿物及黄铁矿浮选动力学试验进行分析,分别从PH、金属离子、丁基黄药出发,试验分析铜矿物及黄铁矿浮选的动力学特性。结果发现:pH值对铜矿物及黄铁矿浮选效果影响较大,当pH值为8.00时,黄铜矿的K最高,达到3.26min^(-1);pH值为12.00时,斑铜矿的K最高,达到4.51min^(-1);处于强碱条件下时,黄铁矿的K较小,均低于1.00min^(-1)。钙离子对黄铁矿浮选具有一定的抑制作用,而对铜矿物浮选效果具有促进作用。添加氯化铁后,可以增加浮选效率。丁基黄药对铜矿物及黄铁矿浮选效果具有促进作用。因此,含铜矿物浮选过程中应根据矿物成分特点选择设计出最佳的浮选方案,以提升浮选效果与质量。In order to further improve the flotation effect of copper mineral and pyrite,chalcopyrite,spotted copper,blue copper and pyrite were selected as objects to analyze the kinetic tests of copper mineral and pyrite.The kinetic characteristics of copper mineral and pyrite flotation were analyzed from PH,metal ion and butyl yellow respectively.The results show that the pH value affects the flotation effect of copper minerals and pyrite.When the pH value is 8.00,the K highest chalcopyrite is 3.26min^(-1);when the pH value is 12.00,the K highest spot copper reaches 4.51min^(-1);the K pyrite is under strong alkali condition Small,all below 1.00min^(-1).Calcium ions have some inhibitory effect on pyrite flotation and promote the effect of copper mineral flotation.It promotes the flotation effect of copper mineral and pyrite.Therefore,the best flotation scheme should be designed in the copper-containing mineral flotation process according to the characteristics of mineral composition to improve the flotation effect and quality.
