摘  要:高氧化铅锌矿浮选工艺研究表明,针对该地区氧化铅锌矿石特性,采用不脱泥优先浮选工艺,实现了硫化铅锌矿和氧化铅锌矿的有效混浮。研究通过硫化-黄药法浮选铅,硫化-胺类+黄药捕收法浮选锌,提高了锌的浮选效率。在磨矿细度试验中,确定最佳磨矿细度为-200目70%左右。铅浮选试验结果显示,硫化钠作为调整剂,丁基黄药作为捕收剂,在pH为10.5时能获得较好的铅回收率。硫化钠100、六偏磷酸钠5、碳酸钠2、十八胺0.4、十二胺0.5、椰油胺1.5、醋酸0.5、2#油0.5搅拌桶中充分搅拌10min形成乳浊液和丁基黄药配合使用,总用量为矿石质量的0.4%。在此条件下,锌精矿品位和回收率均达到理想效果。The flotation process research of high lead-zinc ore shows that according to the characteristics of lead-zinc oxide ore in this area,the preferential flotation process without desliming is adopted to realize the effective flotation of leadzinc sulfide ore and lead-zinc oxide ore.The flotation efficiency of zinc was improved by the flotation of lead by sulfidexanthate method and the flotation of zinc by sulfide-amine+xanthate capture method.In the grinding fineness test,the optimal grinding fineness is determined to be about 70%of-200 mesh.The results of lead flotation test showed that sodium sulfide as a regulator and butyl xanthate as a collector could obtain a good lead recovery rate at pH 10.5.Sodium sulfide 100,sodium hexametaphosphate 5,sodium carbonate 2,octadecamine 0.4,dodecamine 0.5,cocoamine 1.5,acetic acid 0.5,2#oil 0.5 are fully stirred in a stirring barrel for 10min to form an emulsion and butyl xanthate,and the total dosage is 0.4%of the ore mass.Under these conditions,the zinc concentrate grade and recovery were ideal.
