摘  要:江西省瑞昌市通江岭铜多金属矿区地层极其复杂,主要钻遇地层为溶蚀裂隙发育的灰岩,易钻遇溶洞;部分孔段岩层松散、破碎,易掉块塌孔;硅质岩坚硬致密,钻进时效低。针对这些施工难点,采取了优化泥浆体系、顶漏钻进、引进液动潜孔锤等一系列措施,高效完成了钻探施工任务。本文总结了该矿区钻探施工工艺,对以后类似地层的施工具有一定的借鉴意义。The strata of Tongjiangling copper polymetallic mining area in Ruichang City,Jiangxi Province are extremely complex.The main strata encountered during drilling are limestone with developed dissolution fractures,which are prone to encountering karst caves;Some rock layers in certain sections are loose and fragmented,making them prone to block collapse and hole collapse;Siliceous rocks are hard and dense,with low drilling efficiency.In response to these construction difficulties,a series of measures have been taken,such as optimizing the mud system,top leakage drilling,and introducing hydraulic down the hole hammers,to efficiently complete the drilling construction tasks.This article summarizes the drilling construction technology in the mining area,which has certain reference significance for similar geological formations in the future.
