摘  要:全尾砂的絮凝沉降是膏体充填的重要工艺环节,针对玉龙矿业中细全尾砂沉降速度慢的问题,开展了静态絮凝沉降室内试验,以固体通量、溢流水含固量和底流浓度作为评价指标,获得最佳絮凝剂型号、消耗量和合理的砂浆浓度;利用自研连续浓密测试系统模拟深锥浓密机动态絮凝沉降过程,以给料速度、泥层高度和底流屈服应力作为评价指标,获得了中细全尾砂絮凝沉降的主要影响因素和规律。试验结果表明:静态絮凝沉降的各絮凝沉降曲线形态基本一致,均呈现迅速下降后趋于水平的趋势;砂浆浓度、絮凝剂消耗量均存在最优值,高于或低于时絮凝沉降速率反而变慢;而沉降速度随着砂浆浓度的增加而减小;动态絮凝沉降的底流浓度与泥层高度、底流屈服应力和料浆停留时间呈正相关关系。东营产阴离子絮凝剂适用于玉龙矿业中细全尾砂,絮凝剂最佳消耗量30g/t,最优砂浆稀释浓度8%,合理的给料速度0.3~0.4t/(m^(2)·h),也表明可采用深锥浓密机进行絮凝浓密脱水,实现膏体充填。The flocculation and sedimentation of tailings is an important process link in paste filling,In response to the problem of slow settling speed of medium fine tailings in Yulong Mining,Conducted static flocculation sedimentation indoor experiments,Using solid flux,solid content in overflow water,and bottom flow concentration as evaluation indicators,obtain the optimal flocculant model,consumption,and reasonable mortar concentration;Using a self-developed continuous thickening testing system to simulate the dynamic flocculation and settling process of deep cone thickening,The main influencing factors and patterns of flocculation settlement of medium fine tailings were obtained using feeding speed,mud layer height,and bottom flow yield stress as evaluation indicators.The experimental results indicate that:The various flocculation settlement curves of static flocculation settlement are basically consistent in shape,showing a trend of rapid decline and then tending to the horizontal,There are optimal values for mortar concentration and flocculant consumption,and when it is higher or lower,the flocculation settling rate slows down;The settling speed decreases with the increase of mortar concentration;The bottom flow concentration of dynamic flocculation settlement is positively correlated with the height of the mud layer,bottom flow yield stress,and slurry retention time.Dongying produced anionic flocculant is suitable for medium fine tailings of Yulong Mining.The optimal consumption of flocculant is 30g/t,the optimal dilution concentration of mortar is 8%,and the reasonable feeding rate is (0.3~0.4t/m^(2)·h)It also indicates that a deep cone thickener can be used for flocculation,thickening,and dehydration to achieve paste filling.
