摘 要:对于地质学研究、资源勘探或环境保护而言,对地质岩矿样本中的稀有元素进行精准分析与检测具有重要意义。传统的湿化学分析方法在检测岩矿样本中的稀有元素时,步骤繁琐且耗时较长。而等离子体发射光谱法(ICPOES)则展现出样品前处理简便、分析快速的优势,因此在分析岩矿样品中的稀有元素时得到了广泛应用。本研究采用ICP-OES技术,通过微波消解样品后进行分析检测,相较于常规湿化学分析,操作更为快捷有效。研究结果显示,ICP-OES在检测地质岩矿样品中的稀有元素时具有高准确性和灵敏度,且操作简便、重复性好,显著提升了分析效率。此外,本文还探讨了ICP-OES对不同类型和不同成分地质岩矿样品中稀有元素的分析结果,为岩矿样品稀有元素分析提供了新的检测手段。本研究的结果对促进地质岩矿样品中稀有元素检测技术的发展及应用具有重要意义。Accurate analysis and detection of rare elements in geological rock and mineral samples are of great significance for geological research,resource exploration,or environmental protection.The traditional wet chemical analysis method is cumbersome and time-consuming in detecting rare elements in rock and mineral samples.ICP-OES,on the other hand,demonstrates the advantages of simple sample preparation and rapid analysis,making it widely used in the analysis of rare elements in rock and mineral samples.This study used ICP-OES technology to analyze and detect samples after microwave digestion,which is faster and more effective than conventional wet chemical analysis.The research results show that ICPOES has high accuracy and sensitivity in detecting rare elements in geological rock and mineral samples,and is easy to operate and has good repeatability,significantly improving analysis efficiency.In addition,this article also explores the analysis results of rare elements in geological rock and mineral samples of different types and compositions by ICP-OES,providing a new detection method for rare element analysis of rock and mineral samples.The results of this study are of great significance for promoting the development and application of rare element detection technology in geological rock and mineral samples.
