摘　　要：现阶段市场规模的迅速扩张,市场建设项目也越来越多,给矿山工程建设企业带来发展的机遇,但同时也面临着巨大的挑战。目前,矿山工程建设项目全过程管理受到各方人士的高度重视,矿山项目多是地下作业,作业施工环境复杂多变,施工条件以及风险性明显增多,尤其施工风险相对较高。因此,加强建设项目全过程的严格管理,积极实施全过程的优化管理,从矿山工程建设项目的管理出发,以矿山工程建设流程为主线,积极强化管理的完善措施,动态化的管理以保证建设工程项目的安全性,从而实现建设工程项目的高效管理和可持续发展。At present,the rapid expansion of the market size and the increasing number of market construction projects have brought development opportunities to mining engineering construction enterprises,but at the same time,they also face huge challenges.At present,the full process management of mining engineering construction projects has received high attention from various parties.Mining projects are mostly underground operations,with complex and changing construction environments,significantly increasing construction conditions and risks,especially with relatively high construction risks.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the strict management of the entire process of construction projects,actively implement the optimization management of the entire process,start from the management of mining engineering construction projects,take the mining engineering construction process as the main line,actively strengthen the improvement measures of management,and dynamically manage to ensure the safety of construction projects,thereby achieving efficient management and sustainable development of construction engineering projects.
