摘 要:主溜井是矿石转运通道和贮存的重要场所,在矿山生产过程中,下放矿石对溜井的冲击及地压作用的影响,溜井岩壁容易发生垮塌破坏,严重影响矿山的安全生产,对于主溜井垮塌范围的精准探测与稳定性分析是矿山安全技术研究的重点与难点问题之一。本文采用三维激光探测系统(VS150)对某矿山主溜井垮塌情况进行多次动态精密探测,结合矿山建模软件建立主溜井的三维实体模型,获取了溜井垮塌边界及体积信息,通过不同时期的垮塌边界及体积对比,了解了主溜井围岩破坏特征;结合矿区IMS微震监测技术,分析了主溜井围岩大震级事件分布规律及应变能释放指标,预测了主溜井稳定性演变规律,初步提出了主溜井处理的建议。The main ore chute is an important transportation channel and storage location for ores.During the mining production process,the impact of ore discharge on the chute and ground pressure can easily cause collapse and damage to the chute rock wall,seriously affecting the safety production of the mine.Accurate detection and stability analysis of the collapse range of the main ore chute is one of the key and difficult issues in mining safety technology research.This article uses a three-dimensional laser detection system(VS150)to conduct multiple dynamic and precise detections of the collapse of the main chute in a certain mine.Combined with mining modeling software,a three-dimensional solid model of the main chute is established,and the boundary and volume information of the collapsed body are obtained.Through comparative analysis of the collapsed body volume at different periods,the characteristics of the surrounding rock failure of the main chute are clarified;Based on the IMS microseismic monitoring technology in the mining area,the distribution law of large magnitude events and strain energy release indicators in the surrounding rock of the main shaft were analyzed,and the stability evolution law of the main shaft was predicted.Preliminary suggestions for the treatment of the main shaft were proposed.
