摘  要:本研究旨在对安吉县某水库水生生物资源现状进行调查,对该区域内鱼类、浮游生物进行了监测,并对其种类、群落结构稳定性、生物多样性进行了分析。调查结果显示:鱼类共计83种,隶属3目6科,以鲤形目为主;浮游植物隶属7门34种,平均密度和生物量分别为32332.1 cell/L和474.4 mg/L,以硅藻门和绿藻门为主,各点位多样性丰富;浮游动物隶属4大类18种,平均密度和生物量分别为17.4 ind./L和190.6μg/L,以轮虫和桡足类为主,且以水库区域及上游的浮游动物相对丰富。从整体看,该水库水生生物多样性丰富,稳定性高,但区域差异性大,建议对其进行长期水生态监测,以加强其生物多样性的保护,使其维持良好的生境。This study seeks to conduct a comprehensive survey of the current status of aquatic biological resources in one of Anji Reservoirs,including monitoring fish and phytoplankton within the area,and analyzes their species composition,community structure stability,and biodiversity.The survey revealed the existence of 83 fish species,classified into 3 orders and 6 families,predominantly belonging to Cypriniformes.Planktonic plants are found which belong to 7 phyla and 34 species,with an average density and biomass of 32332.1 cell/L and 474.4 mg/L,respectively.Phytoplankton in the studied area was dominantly composed of Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta,and the diversity at each site is rich.The zooplankton belonged to 4 classes and 18 species,with an average density and biomass of 17.4 ind./L and 190.6μg/L,respectively.They are mainly rotifers and copepods,and are relatively abundant in the reservoir area and upstream.The results indicate that the aquatic biodiversity of the reservoir is rich and stable,but the regional differences are large.Long-term aquatic ecological monitoring is recommended to strengthen the protection of its biodiversity and maintain a favorable habitat.
