摘　　要：新中国成立以来对现代化的探索,经历了从最初的工业化到四个现代化,从中国式的现代化到中国式现代化不断深化的过程。在这个进程中,中国外交始终围绕并服务于现代化建设这一任务。在新中国成立后30年,中国外交的目标以维护国家领土主权的完整和安全来保卫国内的现代化建设,中国的现代化建设受制于外部局势的影响,服务于对外战略,优先发展重工业,在布局上集中于“三线”地区。改革开放后,中国相继提出了中国式的四个现代化和中国式的现代化目标,国内工作调整为以经济建设为中心,明确外交的任务就是为国内现代化建设创造良好的外部环境,为此中国与美国建立外交关系,执行独立自主不结盟全方位外交政策。通过和平的外交手段实现现代化的经验拓展了发展中国家走向现代化的途径。进入新时代以来,中国提出了以中国式现代化推进民族复兴的战略目标,中国特色大国外交的使命就是服务以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业。The People's Republic of China(PRC)has trodden through a long way in its path to modernization,from initial industrialization to four modernizations and from Chinese-style four modernizations to a Chinese path to modernization.During this process,China's diplomacy has centered on the task of modernization.In the first 30 years after the founding of the PRC,the goal of China's diplomacy was to safeguard sovereignty and territorial integrity so as to defend and protect domestic modernization.However,constrained by the external environment,China's modernization had to subordinate to its foreign policy strategy,prioritizing heavy industries which were mainly laid-out in the Third Line regions.After its reform and opening up,China put forward the concepts of"four modernizations"and"Chinese-style modernizations,"shifting the focus of the country's domestic policy to economic development and making it clear that the goal of China's diplomacy was to create a peaceful international environment for domestic economic construction.For this purpose,China normalized relations with the United States and pursued an omnidirectional foreign policy featuring non-alignment and independence.China's modernization through peaceful development offers a new option for developing countries.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China is determined to advance the building of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation through Chinese modernization,and"major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics"is to help achieve such goals.
