摘  要:为了探索情境感知在智慧物流园区管控系统交互中的应用,旨在改善传统物流园区信息传输效率低、缺乏智能服务以及安全性低等问题,文章首先以情境感知与系统设计理论为基础,总结归纳智慧物流园区管控系统中的用户情境、任务情境、设备情境、环境情境与管理情境这五类情境信息;其次,分析物流园区智慧管控系统各层次任务间的相互关系;最后,结合用户体验提出智慧物流园区管控系统交互设计策略,并进行设计实施。情境感知理论的应用,使系统对情境信息的认知能力增强、用户与系统交互方式更多元化,在优化智慧物流园区安防管控的同时为用户提供高效、精准、便捷的服务,提高系统的智能水平和经验。In order to explore the application of context awareness in the interaction of intelligent logistics park management and control system,and to improve the problems of low information transmission efficiency,lack of intelligent services and low security in traditional logistics parks,this paper first takes context awareness and system design theory as the basis.Summarize five types of situation information in the smart logistics park management and control system:User situation,task situation,equipment situation,environment situation and management situation;secondly,the relationship between tasks at different levels of intelligent management and control system of logistics park is analyzed.Finally,the interactive design strategy of intelligent logistics park management and control system is proposed based on user experience,and the design and implementation are carried out.The application of the situational awareness theory enhances the cognitive ability of the system to the situational information,diversifies the interaction between users and the system,and provides users with efficient,accurate and convenient services while optimizing the security control of the smart logistics park,improving the intelligence level and experience of the system.
