摘　　要：考虑制造商生产规模不经济且消费者受参照价格效应影响,基于不同权力结构,研究了绿色供应链的定价决策问题,并设计了收益共享-成本分担契约。研究发现:(1)无论何种权力结构,生产规模不经济系数均与产品绿色度水平、市场需求、制造商和零售商利润以及绿色供应链系统利润负相关,与批发价格和零售价格正相关。(2)制造商与零售商在具有先动优势时可获得最高利润,最高零售价格决策存在关于生产规模不经济系数的阀值区间。(3)无论何种权力结构,随着生产规模不经济系数与参照价格效应系数的增大,供应链成员最优决策及利润均明显下降。(4)通过采用收益共享-成本共担契约对绿色供应链进行协调,能够使存在生产规模不经济和参照价格效应不利影响下的绿色供应链实现帕累托最优改进,且具有一定的柔性。Considering the uneconomical production scale of manufacturers and the influence of reference price effects on consumers,this paper studies the pricing decision-making problem of green supply chains based on different power structures,and designs a profit sharing cost sharing contract.Research has found that:(1)Regardless of the power structure,the coefficient of diseconomies in production scale is negatively correlated with product greenness level,market demand,manufacturer and retailer profits,and green supply chain system profits,and positively correlated with wholesale and retail prices.(2)Manufacturers and retailers can achieve the highest profits when they have a first mover advantage,and there is a threshold range for the highest retail price decision regarding the uneconomical coefficient of production scale.(3)Regardless of the power structure,as the coefficients of production scale diseconomies and reference price effects increase,the optimal decisions and profits of supply chain members significantly decrease.(4)By adopting a revenue sharing cost sharing contract to coordinate the green supply chain,it is possible to achieve pareto optimal improvement in the green supply chain under the adverse effects of uneconomical production scale and reference price effects,and it has a certain degree of flexibility.
