基于OBE理念的实践教学改革研究——以《道路交通规划》课程为例

摘  要:面对国家制造强国战略人才需求和新时期人才培养要求,需要打造立体化的创新实践育人课程,满足新形式、新任务、新要求[1]。文章以《道路交通规划》实践教学内容为研究对象,通过对成果导向教育(OBE)理念下实践课程的教学设计优化研究,开展实践教学目标优化、实践教学项目优化、考核方式优化等方面的研究。提升课程教学质量,学生在优化的教学过程中获得了更多的知识和技能,增加学生的体验感,提升学生综合实践能力。优化后的实践教学改革为成果导向教育理念的应用和实践提供可行的方法和思路,对于高校实践教学课程的建设和改革可以起到引领和示范的作用。In the face of the strategic talent demand of the national manufacturing power and the talent training requirements of the new era,it is necessary to create a three-dimensional innovative practice education course to meet the new form,new tasks and new requirements.This paper takes the practical teaching content of"Road Traffic Planning"as the research object,and carries out the research on the optimization of the teaching design of the practical course under the concept of Outcome Based Education(OBE),and carries out the research on the optimization of practical teaching objectives,practical teaching projects,and assessment methods.To improve the quality of course teaching,students gain more knowledge and skills in the optimized teaching process,increase students'sense of experience,and improve students'comprehensive,practical ability.The optimized practical teaching reform provides feasible methods and ideas for the application and practice of outcome-oriented education concept,and can play a leading and exemplary role in the construction and reform of practical teaching courses in colleges and universities.
