基于数值模拟的碾压混凝土重力坝坝体开裂原因研究

摘  要:针对碾压混凝土重力坝坝体容易开裂的问题,研究分析凤山水库工程的现状,通过数值模拟方法,对碾压混凝土重力坝坝体开裂的原因进行分析。结果显示,在浇筑高程2552m处,当浇筑厚度为40cm时,坝体内外温差可达15.18℃。混凝土浇筑的厚度越厚,浇筑间歇时间越长,坝体的第一主应力最大值越大,更容易出现裂缝。试验表明,浇筑厚度是导致坝体出现裂缝的重要原因。研究结果有助于提高坝体的安全性和稳定性,确保水利工程的正常运行。In response to the problem of easy cracking in the dam body of the roller compacted concrete gravity dam,this study analyzes the current situation of the Fengshan reservoir project and uses numerical simulation methods to analyze the causes of cracking in the dam body of the roller compacted concrete gravity dam.The results show that at a pouring elevation of 2552m,when the pouring thickness is 40cm,the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the dam body can reach 15.18℃.The thicker the concrete pouring and the longer the pouring interval,the greater the maximum value of the first principal stress of the dam body,and the more likely cracks are to occur.The experimental results have proven that the thickness of pouring is an important cause of cracks in the dam body.The research results contribute to improving the safety and stability of the dam body,ensuring the normal operation of hydraulic engineering.
