摘　　要：为了客观、公正地反映水利工程物业管理评标过程,利用层次分析法理论对服务商优选问题开展研究,对4条准则和9项指标进行分析,构建决策层次模型,并确定各指标的权重。最后模拟某县水利工程物业化管理评标过程,通过该模型择优评出最佳服务商。To objectively and fairly reflect the evaluation process of water conservancy project property management,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)theory is used to study the optimization problem of service providers.Four criteria and nine indicators are analyzed,a decision hierarchy model is constructed,and the weights of each indicator are determined.Finally,the evaluation process of water conservancy project property management in a certain county is simulated,and the best service provider is selected through this model.
