摘 要:由于海南州存在水源分散、保证率低、保护难度大的问题,研究提出一种评价指标体系分析河道治理工程综合效益,从社会效果、生态效果和经济效果3个方面对河道治理工程进行全面分析,并结合层次分析法和模糊综合评价法分析其影响因素。结果表明,该工程生态效益的优秀评价占比最高,达到78.29%。该工程提升经济和生态效益方面的表现比较好,综合效果显著,研究结果可为类似河道治理工程提供参考与借鉴。Due to the problems of scattered water sources,low guarantee rates,and difficult protection in Hainan Prefecture,a research has proposed an evaluation index system to analyze the comprehensive benefits of river governance projects.And conduct a comprehensive analysis of river management projects from three aspects:social effects,ecological effects,and economic effects,and combine the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to deeply analyze the influencing factors.The results showed that the excellent evaluation of the ecological benefits of the project accounted for the highest proportion,reaching 78.29%.The project has shown good performance in improving economic and ecological benefits,with significant overall effects.This provides certain reference value for river management projects of other rivers.
