摘 要:为了研究定形相变材料(ssPCM)的引入对聚酰胺6(PA6)可纺性能的影响,采用环境扫描电镜观察了ssPCM在PA6基体中的分散情况,并使用毛细管流变仪对系列PA6/ssPCM复合材料的流变性能进行了分析。结果表明:ssPCM在PA6基体中分布均匀,未出现明显团聚,显示出良好的分散性;PA6/ssPCM熔体表现出明显的剪切变稀特性,属于非牛顿流体行为;随着ssPCM质量分数的增加,PA6/ssPCM熔体的剪切变稀现象更加显著;当ssPCM质量分数增加至20%时,PA6/ssPCM的非牛顿指数从0.735降至0.536,而结构黏度指数从0.406增加至0.683。此外,PA6/ssPCM的黏流活化能随剪切速率的增加而降低,即熔体黏度对温度的敏感性随着剪切速率的增加而减弱。In order to investigate the effect of adding shape stable phase change materials(ssPCM)on the spinnability of polyamide 6(PA6),the dispersion of ssPCM in PA6 matrix was observed by environmental scanning electron microscopy,and the rheological properties of PA6/ssPCM composites were analyzed by capillary rheometer.The results show that ssPCM is uniformly distributed in PA6 matrix without obvious ag⁃glomeration,showing good dispersion.PA6/ssPCM melt exhibits obvious shear-thinning characteristic and behaves as non-Newtonian fluid.With the increase of ssPCM mass fraction,the shear-thinning behavior of PA6/ssPCM melt becomes more obvious.When the mass fraction of ssPCM increases to 20%,the non-New⁃tonian index of PA6/ssPCM decreases from 0.735 to 0.536,while the structural viscosity index increases from 0.406 to 0.683.Additionally,the viscosity activation energy of PA6/ssPCM decreases with the increase of shear rate,that is,the temperature sensitivity of melt viscosity decreases with the increase of shear rate.
