摘　　要：通过Incopat专利数据库对立构复合聚乳酸纤维专利进行检索、筛选和分析,从立构复合聚乳酸纤维专利申请趋势、专利申请人排名、重点专利技术等方面分析了立构复合聚乳酸纤维的整体专利申请趋势,重点阐述了重要申请人的专利布局和重点专利申请方向的技术路线,对我国未来的立构复合聚乳酸纤维专利申请与研究方向给出了建议。The patents of stereocomplex polylactic acid fibers are searched,screened and analyzed using the Incopat patent database.The overall patent application trend of stereocomplex polylactic acid fibers is ana⁃lyzed from the aspects of patent application trend,patent applicant ranking and key patent technologies.The patent layout of key patent applicants and the technical route of key patent application direction are em⁃phatically expounded,and suggestions are given for the future patent application and research direction of stereocomplex polylactic acid fibers in China.
