季铵盐化壳聚糖/氨纶复合纤维的制备及性能

摘  要:利用氯化锂/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(LiCl/DMAc)溶液溶解季铵盐化壳聚糖粉体,并与氨纶聚合体混合,通过干法纺丝工艺制备季铵盐化壳聚糖/氨纶复合纤维,研究了复合纤维的力学性能、抗菌抗病毒性能和回潮率等。结果表明:LiCl的加入使壳聚糖均匀分散于复合纤维中,但影响了纤维纺丝过程中溶剂的挥发,使得复合纤维横截面呈花生状;复合纤维较普通氨纶强度变化不大,断裂伸长率稍微降低;复合纤维的回潮率提升明显,添加质量分数为1%、3%壳聚糖的复合纤维的回潮率分别为1.37%、2.35%,分别提升了36%、133%;添加质量分数3%壳聚糖的复合纤维的抗甲型流感病毒活性率达到99.99%,对大肠埃希菌、金黄葡萄球菌、白念珠菌的杀菌率均达到99.99%,并且满足抗菌材料溶出性安全要求。Quaternary ammonium salted chitosan powder was dissolved in lithium chloride/N,N-dimethyl⁃acetemide(LiCl/DMAc)solution and mixed with spandex polymer.Quaternary ammonium salted chitosan/spandex composite fiber was prepared by dry spinning process.The mechanical properties,antibacterial and antiviral properties and moisture regain of the composite fiber were studied.The results show that the addition of LiCl can disperse chitosan uniformly in the composite fiber,but it affects the volatilization of sol⁃vent during spinning,and makes the cross section of the composite fiber appear peanut-like.Compared with ordinary spandex,the strength of composite fiber has little change,and the elongation decreases slight⁃ly.The moisture regain of composite fiber increases obviously,and the moisture regain of composite fiber with mass fraction of 1%and 3%chitosan is 1.37%and 2.35%,which increases by 36%and 133%respec⁃tively.The anti-influenza A virus activity rate of the composite fiber with mass fraction of 3%chitosan reaches 99.99%,and the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans all reaches 99.99%,and meets the dissolution safety requirements of antibacterial materials.
