摘  要:目前常用的伪装方法是通过涂层后整理实现的,该方法的缺点是涂层之后面料的吸湿性、透气性下降,且后整理过程中涉及溶剂、废水,对环境有一定影响。因此,为解决上述问题,通过熔融纺丝、采用皮芯结构直接制备具有伪装特性的功能纤维,同时采用生物基尼龙56为基材,减少对石油的依赖,且更加环保。结果表明:研制的新型尼龙56伪装纤维本身具有伪装特性,可直接用于织造衣物、帐篷等,不需要再次经过后整理,环保无污染,透气性、吸湿性能优良,且在可见光近红外区域的反射率与绿色植被相近,达到伪装效果。At present,the commonly used camouflage method is realized by post-coating finishing.The dis⁃advantage of this method is that the moisture absorption and air permeability of the fabric after coating are reduced,and the post-finishing process involves solvent and waste water,which has a certain effect on the environment.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,the functional fiber with camouflage character⁃istics is directly prepared by melt spinning and using the skin-core structure.At the same time,the use of biobased nylon 56 as the base material reduces the dependence on oil,while being more environmentally friendly.The results show that the new camouflage fiber prepared has camouflage characteristics,and can be directly woven into clothing,tents,etc.,without re-finishing,environmental protection,no pollution,ex⁃cellent air permeability and moisture absorption performance,and the reflectivity in the visible near-infra⁃red region is similar to that of green vegetation,so as to achieve camouflage effect.
