摘　　要：为研发125 dtex/144 f多孔细旦黑色涤纶预取向丝,在生产管线上加装了动态混合器,在熔体中按质量分数3.0%的比例添加色母粒。为提高产品优等率与下游客户加工的稳定性,对色母粒与聚酯切片干燥工艺条件,纺丝组件工艺条件、油嘴型号、丝束冷却条件、网络压力等生产工艺进行了试验,确定了125 dtex/144 f多孔细旦黑色涤纶预取向丝的最佳生产工艺条件。In order to develop 125 dtex/144 f porous fine denier black polyester pre-oriented yarn,a dynam⁃ic mixer was installed in the production line and the master batch was added to the melt in the proportion of 3.0%mass fraction.In order to improve the superior rate of products and the stability of downstream custom⁃ers'processing,the optimum production process conditions of 125 dtex/144 f porous fine denier black poly⁃ester pre-oriented yarn were determined by experimental selection of the drying process conditions of mas⁃ter batch and polyester chips,the process conditions of spinning components,the type of nozzle,the cooling conditions of tow and the network pressure.
