摘  要:在聚芳酯纤维纸基材料中,存在较多的微孔,这些微孔是纸张的弱点和缺陷,对纸张的力学性能和电气强度造成了不利影响。通过添加一定量的聚酯纤维来改善纸张的力学性能和电气强度,测试了复合纸的结构、热性能、力学性能和电气强度等指标。结果表明,随着聚酯纤维的不断加入,纸张中的微孔减少,整体结构更为紧密,力学性能和电气强度有所提升。In polyarylate fiber paper material,there are many micropores,which are weaknesses and defects of the paper,and have adverse effects on the mechanical properties and electrical strength of the paper.The mechanical properties and electrical strength of paper were improved by adding a certain amount of polyes⁃ter fiber.The structure,thermal performance,mechanical properties and breakdown voltage were tested.The results show that a higher concentration of polyester fiber leads to a reduction in micropores within the paper,resulting in a denser overall structure and enhancements in both mechanical properties and electri⁃cal strength.
