摘  要:在聚酯生产工艺中,热媒系统对于保证生产过程的顺利进行和产品质量具有重要意义。探讨了热媒系统整合并网工艺设计的优化问题,从优化设计目标的确定以及影响优化设计的因素等方面出发,全面系统地探究了热媒系统整合并网技术在节能、环保以及生产成本等方面的生产实践价值。总体设计需要考虑传热系数、热储存能力、热媒的流量和温度需求等因素以及成本、安全等。通过优化设计,可以提高热媒系统的能效和稳定性,实现能源的共享和流动,提高生产效率和产品质量,降低生产成本。In the polyester production process,the heat media system is of great significance to ensure the smooth running of the production process and product quality.The optimization of the process design of heat media system integration and grid-connection were discussed.The production practice value of heat media system integration and grid-connection technology in terms of energy saving,environmental protection and production cost from the determination of optimization design objectives and factors affecting the optimization design were comprehensively and systematically explored.The overall design needs to consider conceptual factors such as heat transfer coefficients,heat storage capacity,flow rate and temperature demand of heat media,as well as cost and safety factors.By optimizing the design,the energy efficiency and stability of the heat media system can be improved,the sharing and flow of energy can be realized,the pro⁃duction efficiency and product quality can be improved,and the production cost and product price can be reduced.
