摘　　要：信息贫困群体在信息需求表达、信息获取、信息利用与评价等方面存在一定的劣势,容易产生焦虑情绪。对信息贫困群体及其焦虑疏导进行研究,有助于更深入地了解信息贫困群体的心理,进而改善信息贫困现象。文章采用问卷调查法,从用户基本情况、信息需求情况、信息获取情况、信息利用情况、信息评价情况、信息焦虑情况6个维度分析广州市信息贫困群体表征、焦虑类型、焦虑影响因素等,归纳出广州市信息贫困群体焦虑疏导策略,即从个体、环境两方面对信息贫困群体进行焦虑疏导,为信息贫困群体情绪要素的研究提供了一定借鉴。Information poverty groups face certain disadvantages in expressing their information needs,acquiring information,utilizing it,and evaluating it,which can easily lead to anxiety.Researching the anxiety and grooming strategies for information poverty groups is essential for gaining a deeper understanding of their psychological states and addressing the issue of information poverty.This study employs a questionnaire survey method to analyze the characteristics,types of anxiety,and influencing factors of information poverty groups in Guangzhou across six dimensions:demographic information,information demand,information access,information utilization,information evaluation,and information anxiety.The study proposes anxiety grooming strategies for information poverty groups in Guangzhou,considering two aspects:individual and environmental factors.This research provides valuable insights for the study of emotional factors affecting information poverty groups.
