摘　　要：商业口述历史具有重要的社会与学术价值,也是我国图书馆口述历史资源建设的薄弱环节。文章通过网络调研的方式对英美图书馆商业口述历史资源建设实践进行考察,发现英美图书馆商业口述历史资源建设的特点主要表现为研究主题的广泛性、采集对象的多元性、经费来源的多样性、项目运行的连续性、执行团队的专业性和资源服务的开放性。在此基础之上,文章对我国图书馆开展商业口述历史资源建设工作,提出了丰富研究主题、拓宽采集范围、强化资金保障、加强统筹规划、建设专业团队和开展用户服务等建议。Business oral history holds significant social and academic value,but it remains a weak area in the development of oral history resources in Chinese libraries.This article investigates the practices of business oral history resource construction in British and American libraries through online research,analyzing the characteristics of their approaches.Based on these findings,the article proposes several recommendations for Chinese libraries to enhance their business oral history resource development.These include expanding research topics,broadening the scope of collection,strengthening financial support,improving coordination and standardization,building specialized teams,and providing user services.
