摘  要:射血分数保留型心力衰竭(HFpEF)是一种多系统的老年综合征,病死率及再入院率高。随着全球老龄化加剧其发病率逐年上升;然而,目前对老年HFpEF机制理解有限;老年患者存在多种心血管疾病危险因素、多病共存及机体功能自然衰退等特点,且现有临床试验和动物模型未能全面反映其真实病理特征;鉴于老年人群的特殊性及HFpEF疾病本身的复杂性,老年HFpEF机制研究尤为复杂且关键。本文旨在总结老年患者易患HFpEF的潜在基本机制,为临床诊治提供科学依据。Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)is a multisystem geriatric syndrome with high mortality and readmission rate.The incidence of HFpEF is increasing year by year with the aging of the world.However,the current understanding of the mechanisms of HFpEF in the elderly is limited;elderly patients have multiple cardiovascular disease risk factors,coexisting diseases and the natural decline of body functions,etc.,and the existing clinical trials and animal models fail to fully reflect the real pathological characteristics.In view of the special characteristics of the elderly population and the complexity of HFpEF disease,the study of the mechanisms of HFpEF in the elderly is particularly complex and critical.Given the special characteristics of the elderly population and the complexity of HFpEF disease,the study of the mechanism of HFpEF in the elderly is particularly complex and critical.The aim of this paper is to summarise the potential underlying mechanisms of HFpEF in elderly patients and provide a scientific basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
