摘　　要：相关研究表明,钙循环异常与多种心脏疾病的发生和发展密切相关,钙离子内流和储存的平衡失调可导致心肌梗死、心律失常、心力衰竭等问题,调控钙循环可能成为未来治疗心脏疾病的新方向。本文就钙循环机制、相关临床试验及其与心血管疾病的相关联系进行综述。Since relevant studies show that abnormal calcium cycling is closely related to the occurrence and development of many heart diseases,and that dysregulation of the balance of calcium ion influx and storage can lead to myocardial infarction,cardiac arrhythmia,heart failure and other problems,modulation of calcium cycling may become a new direction for the treatment of heart diseases in the future.This paper reviews the mechanism of calcium cycling,related clinical studies and its relevant relationship with cardiovascular diseases.
