摘 要:心房颤动是最常见的心律失常类型。导管消融术已逐渐取代常规的药物治疗,成为心房颤动的临床一线治疗手段。然而,导管消融术后心房颤动的高复发率仍是困扰临床的问题。因此,准确预测导管消融术后心房颤动复发对于患者的选择和管理非常重要。目前,人工智能在医学领域中的应用愈加广泛,并对预测导管消融术后心房颤动的复发有一定的价值。本文主要总结了人工智能对预测心房颤动术后复发的最新进展。Atrial fibrillation is the most common type of cardiac arrhythmia.Catheter ablation has gradually superseded conventional drug therapy and emerged as the first-line clinical treatment for atrial fibrillation.Nevertheless,the high recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation after catheter ablation remains a clinical problem.Hence,accurately predicting the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after catheter ablation is of great significance for patient selection and management.Currently,artificial intelligence is increasingly utilized in the medical field and holds certain value in predicting the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after catheter ablation.This paper mainly summarizes the latest advancements of artificial intelligence in predicting the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after the operation.
